Application for Residency
A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required for processing of application. You will automatically be directed to Keller Real Estate Group’s payment page upon submission of application. Applications submitted BEFORE a tour / showing of apartment will not be considered. Please call 608-227-6543 to schedule a tour.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Applications will only be received at the office between the hours of 8:00AM & 5:00PM Monday-Friday in person, by mail, email, or online through our website, KellerApartments.com. Applications are not leases or rental agreements.
- All prospective Tenants must each complete a separate application, filled out completely and signed. ALL applications from ALL applicants (roommates) must be received by Landlord before management will process them. Any incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, or unsigned applications will be rejected.
- Applications submitted before a tour/showing will not be considered. Please call 608-227-6543 to ensure that the apartment you choose to apply for is still available.
- Management will not “hold” an apartment/house for applicants.
- Past and present housing references satisfactory to Management will be required. Housing references shall include, but not limited to the following: a) timely rent payments, b) abiding by lease, rules and regulations, c) mortgage verification. Minimum five years occupancy history required.
- If any information provided is found to be falsified or does not meet our resident selection criteria, your application will be denied.
- Application for residency may be approved or denied based on credit bureau results.
RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid photo ID required for all applicants. (Drivers’ license, passport, state id.)
- $25 application fee per applicant due at time application is submitted.
- All applicants must submit to credit check and qualify with score of 600 or more.
- Applicants must submit to background check. Applicant may be denied if there are criminal convictions related to housing.
- No evictions within the previous seven years and/or outstanding balances with previous landlords.
- Applicants must provide verifiable proof of income no less than 2X the monthly rent. (pay stubs, offer letter).
