I have had a wonderful experience at Avenir and so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed for 2 years in my favorite building in Madison. Being from a family who does something very similar, I notice how all of you go out of your way and do so much for all the residents at Avenir. You all go way above and beyond...

I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s a good price for living downtown, but the trade off is that the apartment is a bit older. My apartment is spacious and has everything I need. Dan has been flexible and responsive in arranging my lease. Would recommend.
