CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
If your due date is the 1st of the month and rent is not received by the end of business on the 5th, a late fee will be charged in the amount of 5% of total monthly rent.
If your due date is the 15th of the month, and rent is not received by the end of business on the 19th, a late fee will be charged in the amount of 5% of total monthly rent.
Recurring payment options are available when choosing to pay with ACH and Debit Card. Recurring payment options are NOT available paying with credit card. If you need to change a recurring payment that has already been set up, please call Keller Management at 608-227-6543.
